SHIPPING POLICY

At the time of purchase will be offered different shipping options, including international shipping option to the enter the address to which the package will be sent.

Orders are shipped as soon as your order is processed in our store. All shipments are made from our office located in the city of Miami, Florida, USA. Delivery time depends on the carrier of the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase and the destination address.

In the make your purchase will keep you informed of your order by email. Wait one or two days after the estimated delivery date for any mishaps that may occur as weather conditions that could delay your order.

If you do not receive your package please contact us at sales@camilacanabalshop.com Include your order number in the email to keep track of your order, in this way we will help you get the package as soon as possible.

Please note that once your order has been processed, we can not change your shipping address or reroute packages.

If a package can not be delivered to the address you provided or is returned to our shop, we will contact you for forwarding and certain fees may apply.

NOTE: International Tax Charges may apply depending on the country where the shipment is made and are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Policy OR CHANGE

Just for orders within the US

Requests for return or exchange an order must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns:

Sorry to hear that you want to return an item.

To return your purchase, please note that you have 15 days to do so, please send an email to sales@camilacanabalshop.com Please include your order number and the reason you are returning the item. We will send you an email with instructions to follow.

Note that we will have a Store Credit , which you can use in our shop when you want and to be used in any article. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition. Packages returned must include all bags, wrappers, boxes and certificates included in the original packaging.

You will be notified by email when we receive the returned package. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the Store Credit , once the package arrives at our warehouse. We try to do it as soon as possible. Once your return is approved and processed, we will mail you a Store Credit Store. Shipping will not be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing.

Note: All shipping charges to return an item should be borne by the customer.

If you would like to change your product for another size or another model, we will be happy to help!

Sorry, the items purchased outside the US They are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are final sale.
